Megalodon Alive or Not -Evidence Reviewed

We have all heard many theories and seen many photos and video clips about the megalodon being alive.

As far as we know, it would seem that the megalodon has gone extinct many years ago. However, there is a large number of folks that believe the megalodon is still alive and out there in the vast. The most common argument is that the ocean is massive and less than 20% mapped or explored. This fact leaves room for the possibility that the megalodon is still alive.

A recent Shark Week megalodon poll revealed that over 70% pf its viewers believe that the megalodon still exists. (more details).

I came across the following video that does an almost exhaustive review of the most common megalodon evidence that we know about to date. This video clearly illustrates the facts and provides counterpoints that are often overlooked when evaluating the evidence.
